Overview

Configure the setting to restrict the display of personal information such as the active job's user name or file name.

[ON]

Enables the personal information protection setting of the active job. If [ON] is selected, you can select whether to display [User Name] and [File Name/Box Name].

[OFF]

Disables the personal information protection setting of the active job.

[User Name]

[Display]

Displays the active job's user name.

[Not Display]

Does not display the active job's user name.

[File Name/Box Name]

[Display]

Displays the active job's file name and box name.

[Not Display]

Does not display the active job's file name and box name.

Procedure

Press [ON].

The setting screen is displayed.

Select [Display] or [Not Display] in [User Name].

Set [File Name/Box Name] in the same way as step 2.

Press [OK].
