Overview
Register colorimetric data to this system via Web Utilities.
NOTICE
- Do not OFF/ON power supply during operations.
- It is necessary to access Web Utilities from the computer connected to the system and network during operations.
- Create a file name for the colorimetric data to be registered to the system using the following text string configuration.
(14 characters identification information printed on the chart)_(optional text up to 22 characters).txt

Procedure

Access Web Utilities from the computer connected to the network and machine.

Click [Machine Manager Setting] and enter the administrator ID and password.

Click [ColorMeasuring data Input].

Enter the file name for the colorimetric data into the [File Name] field. Click [Browse] (next to File Path) and select colorimetric data saved on your computer.

Click [Upload].
The colorimetric data is saved to the system.
Repeat Procedures 4 and 5 if there is more than one set of colorimetric data.

Select an empty column from the list of density balance adjustment values and press [Archived Data].
Select an already registered number when overwriting or combining colorimetric data.
The color measurement data that was saved in Procedure 5 is displayed.

Select the colorimetric data to be registered and press [OK].

You will be prompted to confirm the operation if a number which was already registered in Procedure 6 is selected.
Press [Overwrite] when overwriting data.
Press [Combination] when combining data. [Combination] will be grayed-out (inactive) if the screen type, paper type and weight conditions do not match.
Press [Cancel] if data is not overwritten or combined.

Press [OK] when the dialog box asking for registration confirmation appears.
The [Density Balance Data Reg/Del] screen is displayed and the colorimetric data is registered.
[Adj. Data Profile Name] can be changed. For details, refer to [Change Name].
