Overview

Sets the maximum number of sheets that can be printed in color and lack-and-white (monochrome) format.

[All Accounts]

Common settings are applied to all accounts at once.

[Total Allowance]

Sets the maximum number of sheets by totaling both [Color] and [Black].

[Total]

Displays when [Total Allowance] is pressed.

Enter the optional maximum number of sheets using the Keypad of the Control panel.

[Individual Allowance]

Sets the maximum number of sheets individually for [Color] and [Black].

[Color]

Sets upper limit for color prints.

[Black]

Sets upper limit for black-and-white sheets (monochrome).

[No Limit]

The entered value returns to zero and the upper limit is not set.

Procedure

Select [Total Allowance] or [Individual Allowance].

Select [Color] or [Black].

In case [Total Allowance] is selected in Procedure 1, select [Total].

Enter the printing upper limit using Control panel - Keypad.

Press [OK] to confirm settings.
