[Staple Offset Adjustment]
Overview
Adjust the position when stapling with the saddle stitcher.
This function reduces misalignment between the folding line and staple position.

Procedure

Press [Print Mode].

Load A3 w or 11 e 17 w paper into any paper tray, and select that paper tray.

Press Start on the Control panel.
A sample is output.

Check the misalignment of "a" between the folding line and staple positions.
Standard value: a = -1.0 mm to +1.0 mm

If any adjustments are required, press [Exit PrintMode] to return to the setting screen.

Use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Use [+]/[-] to select the plus or minus of the numeric value. To change [Current Data], press [Set].
[Adj. Range:-10~+10 1step = 0.1mm]

Repeat step 1 to step 6 until the desired result is obtained.
