[CD Alignment Adjustment]
Overview
Adjust the alignment amount in the crosswise direction of Trimmer Unit TU-510.
Tips
- This is a setting item used to adjust a skew on banner paper. When cutting business cards using standard size paper, you can also adjust a skew by changing the setting of [Banner CD Alignment 5].

Procedure

Press the target alignment position selection key.

Press [Print Mode].

Load the desired paper into a paper tray, and select that paper tray.

Press Start on the Control panel.
A sample is output.

Check the distortion or skew of the post-processing position.

If any adjustments are required, press [Exit PrintMode] to return to the setting screen.

Use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Use [+]/[-] to select the plus or minus of the numeric value. To change [Current Data], press [Set].
(-) To decrease the push-in amount of the alignment plate, (+) To increase the push-in amount of the alignment plate
[Adj. Range:-30~+30 1step = 0.1mm]

Repeat step 2 to step 7 until the desired result is obtained.
