Overview

Sets the expiration date of authentication ticket used for [External Server Authentication].

It is recommended to set the optimum time according to frequency of using the ticket.

NOTICE
  • Following settings are required to use this function.
  • Selects the external server where [Server type] is set to [Active Directory] via [User Authentication].

[Ticket Hold Time Setting]

Sets the expiration date of the authentication ticket.

Range: 1 minute to 600 minutes

Default: 5 minutes

[OK]

Saves the settings and moves to the previous screen.

[Exit [UTILITY]]

Closes the [UTILITY] screen.

Enter the ticket retention time using Control panel - Keypad.

Default: 5 minutes
