Overview

Sets maximum number of sheets that can be printed in color and black (monochrome).

Settings are applied to all users.

[Total Allowance]

Sets the maximum number of sheets by totaling both [Color] and [Black].

[Total]

Displays when [Total Allowance] is pressed.

Sets the maximum number of sheets by totaling both [Color] and [Black].

[Individual Allowance]

Sets the maximum number of sheets individually for [Color] and [Black].

[Color]

Sets the maximum number of sheets for color printing.

[Black]

Sets the maximum number of sheets for black (monochrome) printing.

[No Limit]

The entered value returns to "0" and the upper limit for the maximum number of sheets is not set.

Procedure

Select [Total Allowance] or [Individual Allowance].

In case [Total Allowance] is selected in Procedure 1, press [Total].

In case [Individual Allowance] is selected, select [Color] or [Black].

Enters the upper limit for the maximum number sheets using the Keypad of the Control panel.

Press [OK].
