[Number of User Counters Assigned]
Overview
Sets the number of users that can be registered on this system.
The maximum setting limit is 999 users, so even if there are many users, measures can be taken with [User Authentication].
NOTICE
- The following settings are required to use this function.
- Set [User Authentication] to [Authenticate]
- Set [Authentication Method] to [ON (MFP)] or [External Server Authentication]
- Set [Account Track] to [ON]
Tips
- If [Number of User Counters Assigned] is changed, the confirmation screen is displayed and use management data, which includes the individual folder, is deleted.
- Up to 1,000 [User Authentication] and [Account Track] can be registered. The remaining [Number of User Counters Assigned] set here are assigned to the number of account authentications.

Enters count assigned to [User Authentication] using Control panel - Keypad.
Default: 500
