[FD-Mag. Auto Adjustment]
Overview
Automatically adjust the magnification in the paper feed direction when using the ADF.
Scanning accuracy is maintained by making regular adjustments.
NOTICE
- The following setting is required to use this function.
- Perform [FD-Mag. Adjustment] in [Printer Adjustment].

Procedure

Press [Print Mode].

Place a test chart in the ADF tray, and press Start on the Control panel.
Load the test chart with the front side facing upward.

Automatic adjustment is performed, and [Adjustment Result] is displayed.
If adjustment fails, [NG] is displayed in [Adjustment Result]. Make adjustments with [FD-Mag. Adjustment].

Check that [Adjustment Result] is [OK], and press [Set].
The numeric value of [Magnification Adj.(%)] is reflected on [Current Data].
