[Add Group Address]
Overview
Register a group.
When multiple destinations are selected using certain sending methods, they can be canceled collectively.

Destination key | Displays the destination. An address is added to a group or canceled each time this key is pressed. Multiple addresses can be selected from [E-mail]. Only 1 address can be selected from another sending method. | ||
[A to Z] | Displays a list of destinations for which [Reference Name] is registered with alphabetic characters. | ||
[Others] | Displays a list of destinations for which [Reference Name] is registered with characters such as symbols other than alphabetic characters. | ||
[Main] | Displays a list of frequently used destinations that are registered in [Main]. | ||
[All] | Displays all of the registered destinations. | ||
[+] / [,] | Switches the destination list page. Up to 12 destinations are displayed on each page. | ||
[List] | Displays a list of destinations registered in the group. | ||
[Cancel] | Moves to the previous screen without saving the settings. | ||
[OK] | Saves the settings and moves to the previous screen. | ||
Remarks | If the display language on the Touch panel is switched, the displayed keys may be changed. | ||

Procedure

Press [Group Name].

Enter the group name, and press [OK].

Select a destination to add to a group.
Pressing [E-mail], [HDD], [FTP], [SMB], or [WebDAV] displays the destinations registered in each item.
Pressing [A to Z], [Others], [Main], or [All] displays the destination in which search characters are registered in each item.
Up to 50 destinations can be registered in 1 group. [HDD] allows you to register multiple addresses in 1 group. [HDD], [FTP], [SMB], or [WebDAV] allows you to register a single destination in each group.
