Intended Usage
This system is designed to be used as a digital printing system for the following purposes.
- Printing, copying and scanning documents
- Use finishing functions such as duplex-printing, stapling, punching, folding and creating booklets. (If the corresponding option is installed.)
- Reprint document data stored on the system's HDD
Observe the following points when using the system.
- Use the system within the specifications of the machine and options
- Adhere to all of the warning-related information in the user guide to help ensure safety during use
- Comply with the prohibited items for copying and printing (For details, refer to [Safety Information] in the booklet manual.)
- Dutifully perform inspections and maintenance
- Strictly observe any national or company regulations as well as general safety practices
Prohibited Operating Conditions
Do not operate the system under the following conditions.
- If you discover any damage or an error occurs
- If the system requires maintenance
- If the mechanical or electrical functions are not functioning normally
