[Standby Pos.(Front Adj.)]
Overview
Adjust the alignment plate position in front of the crosswise direction of the Stacker tray to eliminate misalignment or distortion of the output paper.
This function is available when a significant misalignment occurs in the crosswise direction during output processing.

- Make adjustments together with [Standby Pos.(Rear Adj.)]. For details about [Standby Pos.(Rear Adj.)], refer to [Standby Pos.(Rear Adj.)].

Procedure

When Large Capacity Stacker LS-507 is used as a pair, select [Stacker No.1] or [Stacker No.2].

Press the selection key of the paper size to adjust.

Press [Print Mode].

Load the desired paper into a paper tray, and select that paper tray.

Press Start on the Control panel.
A sample is output, and printing is interrupted. A warning message is displayed on the screen.

Check whether the distance between the paper edge in Large Capacity Stacker LS-507 and the alignment plate position in front of the crosswise direction is 5 mm.
When the check is completed, remove paper.

If any adjustments are required, press [Exit PrintMode] to return to the setting screen.

Use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Use [+]/[-] to select the plus or minus of the numeric value. To change [Current Data], press [Set].

[Adj. Range:-20~+20 1step = 0.1mm]

Repeat step 3 to step 8 until the desired result is obtained.
