[Double Fold Plate Adjustment]
Overview
Adjust the push-in amount of the double fold plate when performing Tri-Fold.
Make this adjustment when a significant misalignment occurs on a tri-fold paper stack.

Procedure

Press the selection key of the paper size to adjust.

Press [Print Mode].

Load the paper of the size selected in step 1 into any paper tray, and select that paper tray.
[Separate Scan] is automatically set to [Multi 3-Fold].

Press Start on the Control panel.
A sample is output.

Check the misalignment of the Fold 2 of the output paper.

If any adjustments are required, press [Exit PrintMode] to return to the setting screen.

Use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Use [+]/[-] to select the plus or minus of the numeric value. To change [Current Data], press [Set].
[Adj. Range:-50~+50 1step = 0.1mm]
If a significant bundle misalignment occurs or the double-fold position is misaligned on the cover and the 2nd and subsequent sheets when multi-folding is performed for a solid image, make the push-in amount deeper.
If a box-shaped fold is found on thin paper, make the push-in amount shallower.

Repeat step 2 to step 7 until the desired result is obtained.
