[E-mail]

Displays a list of email addresses. Register, edit, or delete an address.

[HDD]

Displays a list of HDD destinations. Register, edit, or delete a destination.

[FTP]

Displays a list of FTP destinations. Register, edit, or delete a destination.

[SMB]

Displays a list of SMB destinations. Register, edit, or delete a destination.

[WebDAV]

Displays a list of WebDAV destinations. Register, edit, or delete a destination.

[Group]

Displays a list of Group destinations. Register, edit, or delete a destination.

[A to Z]

Displays a list of destinations for which [Reference Name] is registered using alphabet characters.

If [Group] is selected, this item is not displayed.

[Others]

Displays a list of destinations for which [Reference Name] is registered with characters such as symbols other than alphabet characters.

Destinations with [Reference Name] omitted are also displayed in [Others].

If [Group] is selected, this item is not displayed.

[Main]

Displays a list of frequently used destinations that are registered in [Main].

To register a destination in [Main], configure the setting in [Administrator Setting].

If [Group] is selected, this item is not displayed.

[All]

Displays all the registered destinations.

If [Group] is selected, this item is not displayed.

[Non Register Box]

Displays a list of box destinations that were sent without being registered in destinations.

[Non Register Box] is only displayed when [HDD] is selected on the Administrator Setting screen.

[+] / [,]

Switches the destinations list page. Up to 12 destinations are displayed on each page.

[Add]

Adds a destination.

[Change]

Edits the selected destinations.

For details, refer to [Change E-mail Address].

[Delete]

Deletes the selected destinations.

For details, refer to [Delete].

[Return]

Moves to the previous screen.
