Checking Remaining Toner Levels

Overview

Even if there is no more toner remaining in the Toner bottle, since still there will be some toner remaining in the toner replenishment unit, printing will not stop immediately.

The following message is displayed in the on-screen information display area if the toner in the Toner bottle has run out.

[Ready to print / Please add toner (K)]

Among the toner color indicators displayed in the [Consumable and Scrap Indicators] display area on the [MACHINE] screen, the color of the toner that has run out lights up red and the text color changes to yellow.

Toner bottle can even be replaced in the middle of the printing.

The following messages is displayed in the on-screen information display area if the toner in the toner replenishment unit has run out.

[No toner / Please add toner (K)]
