Uninstall PS Plug-in Driver in Windows.
If using Windows 10/Server 2016/Server 2019, go to [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] and click [Devices and Printers].
If using Windows 8.1/Server 2012 R2, go to [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] and click [Devices and Printers].
If using Windows Server 2012, go to [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] and click [Devices and Printers].
Click [Delete device] on the toolbar.
When the deletion is complete, the icon disappears from the [Devices and Printers], [Printers], and/or [Printers and Faxes] windows.
Select another printer, and click [Print Server Properties] on the toolbar.
Click either [Continue] or [Yes] if the screen related to [User Account Control] is displayed.
Click [Delete] when the delete confirmation screen is displayed.
Be sure to restart.
