About the Touch panel

Use the Touch panel to use functions such as copying and scanning or to configure or adjust various system settings.

Use the Touch panel key to select items just by gently touching.

Selecting Items

Press the items displayed as keys in the Touch panel to select them.

The selected items are displayed as reversed.

Entering Information

Use the touch panel key pad displayed on Touch panel to enter setting values.

You can also enter values using the Control panel - Keypad.

Switching Pages

When there are many items on the various list screens that do not fit onto a single page, press [+] or [,] to switch between pages.

Bookmark

If you click or tap in the upper-right of a page, it turns into and is registered as a bookmark.

Filter by option

Filter by title

Filter by category

All of the functions in this user's guide are classified according to the category.
By selecting the check box for the desired category, you can narrow the search range.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by location

You can search according to the operation location or application.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by option

You can search according to the available functions or specifications of the installed options.
Select the check box for the desired option from the list of installed options.
Multiple choices are possible.

Filter by title

You can narrow the search range from the menu for this user's guide.
However, you cannot search using only the "Filter by title" option. When using this option, also select another search filter item.
