[2-Side Slit Finishing Adj.]
Overview
Adjust the slitting speed of the top side on the saddle stitcher.
This function reduces skewing or napping on the slit part.

Procedure

Select [61g/m2 or Less] or [62g/m2 or More].

Press [Print Mode].

Load A3 w or 11 e 17 w paper into any paper tray, and select that paper tray.

Press Start on the Control panel.
A sample is output.

Check the slit part for skewing or napping.

If any adjustments are required, press [Exit PrintMode] to return to the setting screen.

Use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Use [+]/[-] to select the plus or minus of the numeric value. To change [Current Data], press [Set].
[Adj. Range:-4~+4 1step = 5mm/sec]
To reduce napping, slow down the slitting speed. To reduce skewing, increase the slitting speed.

Repeat step 2 to step 7 until the desired result is obtained.
