[Spot Diagnosis]

Overview

Configure the setting to detect spots (white streaks, color loss, black or white spots, or back surface blemishes) that occur on images.

Selecting [ON] allows you to diagnose whether or not spots occur in the target colors.

Tips

After performing [Spot Diagnosis], we recommend that you perform [Density Balance Auto. Adj.], [Maximum Density Adjustment], and [Color Density Control]. For details, refer to each item in [Adjustment / Maintenance].
