What Is [Image Centering]?

Image Centering is a function that adjusts the position so that the original range is located in the center of the paper when printing.

The original range is detected automatically.

Original positioning

Output

  • Setting [Image Centering] automatically sets [x1.0] and [NoImageAreaErase]. [NoImageAreaErase] is reset when the ADF is used.
  • Available copy modes are [1->1] and [1->2]. Selecting [1->2] automatically sets to [Separate Scan].
NOTICE
  • If the lighting in the room is directly over the Original glass, [Image Centering] may not function correctly. In this case, consult your service representative about the machine installation location.
Tips

When [Image Centering] is set, the following functions are not available.

  • [Auto Zoom]
  • [Auto Paper]
