Tips
- This item is displayed on a product equipped with a scanner and HDD. For details, refer to What Is the [COPY]?.
Tips
- Up to 4 shortcut keys for frequently used functions can be displayed under [Quality Adj.], [Application], or [Output Setting]. For details, refer to [Shortcut Key Register].
- The key for setting [Copy Density] ([Lighter], [Darker], or [Normal]) can also be displayed under [Quality Adj.]. For details, refer to [Quality Adj. Area Setting]. Enabling this setting preferentially displays the key for setting [Copy Density] even if shortcut keys are displayed as shown above.
- The numeric key displayed under [Zoom] indicates the zoom ratio, for which you can pre-register the frequently used zoom ratio. For details, refer to [Set Zoom Ratio Setting].
- Load the original on the ADF or Original glass. If the number of original pages exceeds the maximum stack capacity of the ADF, select [Separate Scan]. Combining [Separate Scan] allows you to continuously scan data even using the Original glass.

[Separate Scan] | Divides the original into multiple times when scanning. The scanned image information is temporarily stored in memory and collectively printed at the end. | ||

[Zoom] | Set the zoom ratio when making a copy. For details, refer to [Zoom]. The zoom ratio is displayed with a numeric value just under the key. The zoom ratio can also be set using the following keys that are displayed under the numeric value. [-]/[+]: Sets the zoom ratio with a numeric value. [x1.0]: Sets the zoom ratio to the full size (1.000). Key with zoom ratio displayed: displays the registered zoom ratio, which is selectable. [Auto Zoom]: Automatically enlarges or reduces to suit the original size and the selected paper tray. | ||
[Simplex/Duplex] | Select the combination of 1-sided and 2-sided modes for the original and copy. The setting is displayed by an icon on the key. For details, refer to [Simplex/Duplex]. | ||
[Application] | Sets application functions. For details, refer to [Application]. Up to 6 setting items are displayed just under the key. | ||
[Output Setting] | Sets the output location and post-processing functions. For details, refer to [Output Setting]. The setting is displayed by an icon just under the key. | ||
