[Sort/Group]
Overview
Set the sorting method when outputting a hold job.
This function is convenient when you print multiple documents because they are delimited by the specified number of sheets or number of sets.
Tips
The output destination, offset method, and settable number of sets vary depending on the optional devices mounted on this system. For details, refer to the following.

Procedure
Set offset output.

Select [Offset Sort] or [Offset Group].
The setting screen is displayed.

Set the number of sheets or number of sets to delimit when printing.
[By Set Numbers]: Delimits prints by the specified number of sets before printing out.
[By Set Sheet]: Delimits prints by the specified number of print sheets to output.
[By 1Set+Set Sheet]: Sets 2 types of delimit timings. Prints are delimited by the specified number of print sheets and by each set, and then output.

Use the on-screen keypad to enter the numeric value.
Range: 1 to 9,999
To clear the numeric value, press [C].

Press [OK].
