[Output Method]

Overview

Select the method to output an HDD store job to be recalled.

Tips

This item is displayed on a product equipped with a scanner and HDD. For details, refer to What Is [RECALL]?.

Tips

If [Print] or [Print&Hold] is selected, also set [Output Method to Print].
If multiple HDD store jobs are selected, the number of copies is not displayed. Enter the number of copies using the Keypad of the Control panel. The number of copies you entered is applied to all of the selected HDD store jobs.
Even if the number of copies is changed, the number of output copies pre-specified for each HDD store job is maintained.

Setting items		Number of copies	Displays the number of copies that is set in the job by default. You can change the number of copies using the Keypad of the Control panel. Available range: 1 to 9,999
		[Output Method]: Select one of the following options.
		[Print]	Prints a job.
		[Print&Hold]	Holds a job in the system simultaneously with printing.
		[Hold]	Holds a job. A print is not made.
		[Output Method to Print]: Select one of the following options.
		[Normal]	Prints the number of copies that is set in the job.
		[Proof]	Only 1 copy is printed. This option is used to confirm the printing result.
		[Proof(1st)]	Prints only the top page of a copy. When multiple copies are specified, only the top page is printed.
		[Wait]	Stores a job in [Reserved Job]. The job is placed in the output stop state. To restart printing, press Start on the Control panel.
