[New Folder Creation]

Create a new folder to store jobs on the HDD.

The password setting is optional.

Tips

[Root Directory] provides one Public folder by default.

[Root Directory] can contain up to 1,000 folders.
Up to 100 jobs can be stored, and up to 1,000 boxes can be created in each folder.

Setting items		[Folder Name]	Enter [Folder Name]. This item can be specified using up to 64 single-byte characters (32 double-byte characters). For details about how to enter [Folder Name], refer to [Folder Name].
		[Password]	Set [Password]. Only the users who are sharing the password can access jobs, so this function is useful to prevent information leakage. This item can be specified using up to 64 single-byte characters (alphanumeric characters, symbols, and spaces). [Password] can be set as necessary. For details about how to enter [Password], refer to [Password].
		[Cancel]	Moves to the previous screen without saving the settings.
		[OK]	Saves the settings and moves to the previous screen.

Press [New].

Press [Folder Name] and [Password], and enter the name and password respectively.

A password can be set as necessary.
