Q. When Will I Lose Access to Web Connection?
A. If the following setting is configured, Web Connection is not available. To use it, contact this system's administrator.
- Enhanced security mode is enabled.
- [Web Connection Setting] is set to [OFF] in [Quick Security Setting].
- The browser installed in the Touch panel is used.
Q. What Should I Do to Access Web Connection via Microsoft Edge?
A. It cannot be accessed unless Cookie is enabled.
Select utility menu ([...]) at the top right of the Microsoft Edge screen, and also select [Settings] - [Privacy & security] - [Cookies]. Then specify [Don't block cookies].
Q. What Is the Password of the Web Connection Administrator Mode?
A. For details about the default administrator password, refer to [About the Administrator Password].
