Q. Can I Register the Layout Such as the Original Size or Original Orientation in Favorite List?
A. You cannot register the layout setting of the original in Favorite.
Q. The Number of Pages of the Displayed Job May Be Different From the Actual Number of Pages. In What Case Are They Different?
A. The inserted blank paper and unprinted tab paper are not counted as pages, so the number of pages may be different from the actual number of pages.
Q. Can I Directly Operate Tone Curves to Change the Brightness or Contrast?
A. Yes, you can.
To directly operate tone curves, add a handle (operation point) to a tone curve on the [Tone Curve Adjustment...] screen.

Q. How Do I Switch the Advanced Calibration to G7 Calibration?
A. Contact your service representative.
Q. What Does M0, M1, or M2 Mean?
A. It means the illuminant.

Q. What Should I Pay Attention to When Measuring a Chart?
A. The colorimetry is affected, so pay attention to the colors of a thing under the chart.

- The colorimetry is also affected by the color of a desk to put a chart on.
- For measurement, put a chart on white paper or a white board.
- For board, use the measurement board supplied with the colorimeter.
- For paper, pile 10 sheets or more of the same paper type as a chart.
Q. Even If a Table Is Saved With the Same Name as the Existing Spot Color Table, It Is Saved as Another Table. How Can I Overwrite a Table?
A. Open and edit the existing table, then select Overwrite.
A newly created table is not overwritten to be saved.
Q. What Is a Virtual Printer?
A. Virtual printer is a function that allows you to pre-register some print settings for a single printer.
It is possible to register multiple virtual printers, so you can only select a print setting for each print data item to make prints with the appropriate setting.
