Multi-monitor Setting

Set the machine displayed on the multi-monitor.

This function allows you to simultaneously display the remote monitors of the registered machines.

Up to 10 machines can be registered.

NOTICE

The following settings are required to use this function.
Establish network communications between the machine and computer in [TCP/IP Setting] of this system.
Set [WebUtilities Setting] of this system to [ON].
Set [Enhanced Security Mode] of this system to [OFF].
Set [Remote Panel Setting] of this system to [Enable].

NOTICE

The authentication operation is always required to display the [Machine Manager Setting] screen. Pressing [Machine Manager Setting] displays the password entry screen. Enter "admin" in User Name, and the administrator password in Password.

Setting items		IP addresses 1 to 10 of the MFPs displayed on the multi-monitor	Enter the IP address of the machine displayed on the multi-monitor. The IP address of the currently connected system is displayed by default.
		[Frame style for multi monitor]	[Mini panels on top]	Displays the multi-monitor at the top of the remote panel.
			[Mini panels on left]	Displays the multi-monitor on the left of the remote panel.

Enter the IP address of the machine to display on the multi-monitor.

Set [Frame style for multi monitor].

Click [Registration].
