Is the IP address of the machine prefixed by “\\”?

Type the following into the address field, and press the Enter key.
\\<IP address of the machine>

Cannot access Web Connection in Microsoft Edge.

Is Cookie enabled?

Check the setting of the computer you are using.
Select UTILITY () - Settings - View advanced settings - Cookie, and select Don't block cookies.

Cannot access Web Connection after entering the IP address of the machine.

Is the access allowed in the setting of the machine?

The access is not allowed when:

  • Web Settings of Network Setting is set to OFF;

  • Web Setting of Quick Security Setting is set to Disable;

  • the Enhanced Security mode is activated; or

  • the Web browser installed on the control panel is used.

Is the Web Utilities function enabled in Quick Security Setting?

On the UTILITY screen, select Quick Security Setting, and check whether Web Utilities Setting is set to ON.
