You can set the desired language or deal with the printed file.

Setting items | [Language] | Selects the desired display language from the menu list. | |
[Remove Files from List after Submission] | When this check box is selected, the file printed on the home screen is automatically deleted from [List of Files]. | ||
[Hot Folder file handling after print] | Drags & drops to the hot folder and sets the destination to move the printed file. | ||
[Move to Recycle Bin] | Drags & drops to the hot folder and automatically moves the printed file to the trash. | ||
[Move to Sub-Folder] | Drags & drops to the hot folder and automatically moves the printed file to the specified sub folder. | ||
[Process Files Existing in Hot Folder] | Selecting this check box also prints the files that are already included in the folder before the folder is set as a hot folder. | ||
[Save PDL File] | Selecting this check box stores a PDL file for printing. You can also set the storage destination and the maximum storage data amount. | ||
[Export All Settings…] | Exports the Application setting to the computer. Data is saved as a hfcfg file. | ||
[Import All Settings…] | Imports the Application setting stored as a hfcfg file. | ||
