The UTILITY menu allows you to change various settings.
Selecting a hot folder setting allows you to change hot folder settings on the Print Manager screen. The default registration setting allows you to configure a setting for the dialog box that is displayed at login when user authentication is not enabled on the machine. Units and RIP Configuration allow you to change the date, time, and length unit, and RIP settings. Selecting [Download Job History] allows you to specify the period of the history you want to download and download the history (administrator only). You can use the printer search function to search for a printer connected to Print Manager. Clicking Web Connection allows you to use a new tab of the Web browser to connect to Web Connection.
